An online quote form that prices limo rides instantly
How a public quote form lets visitors price a limo ride from your website any time of day, and sends each request to Bookings for you to review.

The quote request that waits until morning
A traveller planning tomorrow's airport run fills in a contact form at eleven at night and moves on to the next company's website. By the time someone replies the next morning, they have booked elsewhere. People who ask for a price want an answer while they are still deciding, and a limo company cannot keep a person on the phone around the clock to give one.
What the LimOperations quote form does
Every business on LimOperations can switch on its own public quote form, a link carrying the company's name and logo that it can put on its website, in its Instagram bio or in an email signature. A visitor enters the trip, one-way, return or by the hour, with addresses found through Google address search. They choose a vehicle from cards showing the company's own cars with their photos, add their passenger details, and see an estimate with taxes included and a breakdown of what makes up the price.
The estimate is calculated on the server from the company's own pricing rules and the real route, so the number a visitor sees is the number the business configured, not a generic guess. Drafts are saved as the visitor goes, so an interrupted request is not lost.
Requests arrive as bookings to review
A submitted request does not become a confirmed ride on its own. It arrives in Bookings as a pending incoming booking, and the business receives an email notification. The dispatcher reviews it, adjusts the vehicle, time or price if needed, and confirms it with the client. Nothing is sent to the customer automatically and no payment is taken by the form, so the company stays in control of every ride it accepts.
Protection against spam and abuse
A public form attracts automated submissions. The quote form checks every request on the server, uses a CAPTCHA, and limits how often requests can be sent, so the incoming list stays made of real people. Each request is tied to the right company, and a request submitted twice by an impatient double click is only recorded once.
Turning it on
The quote form is in beta and lives under Integrations, where a single switch opens or closes public requests. A business sets up its pricing, switches requests on, and then uses the built-in simulator to see exactly what a visitor would be quoted for a given trip and vehicle, before sharing the link anywhere.
Before you share your quote link
- Every active vehicle has a photo, seats and a rate.
- Your taxes in company settings are correct.
- The simulator gives prices you would happily honour.
- Someone checks incoming bookings several times a day.
- The link is on your website, Instagram bio and email signature.
