Share a limo ride with a partner company by link
Pass a ride to a partner operator with a private link: preset price, only the client details you choose, and a clear Accept or Refuse.

When the partner has no account
It is Friday night, every car is out, and a regular client needs a ride. You know a reliable operator across town who can take it, but they do not use the same software as you. The usual answer is a phone call, a screenshot of the trip and a string of texts, and then you wonder whether they really accepted the job.
What a good hand-off includes
Passing a ride to a partner works best when the details travel in one place: pickup time, addresses, vehicle, the price you agreed, and only the client information the partner actually needs. Just as important is a clear answer. You want to know that the partner accepted the ride, not assume it because they read a message.
External share in LimOperations
From a booking's menu, choose External share. You can enter the partner company's name and phone number, set a preset price, and choose which client details to include: name and phone are on by default, and email is off unless you turn it on. Create link gives you a private link to copy, or you can send it by text message from the same window.
The partner opens the link without creating an account or a password. They see the ride and choose Accept or Refuse, then confirm. On your side, the booking shows that the guest link is awaiting acceptance, or that it was refused, so you know whether to find another car.
Stopping or replacing a link
Stop sharing takes the ride back and closes the partner's access. Regenerate link replaces the old link with a new one, which is useful if it was sent to the wrong number. A link also stops working once the ride is completed, cancelled or marked as a no-show. A client request you have not answered yet cannot be shared.
If the partner already uses LimOperations, an affiliate transfer to their account does the same job inside both workspaces. The guest link is for everyone else.
Protecting the client relationship
Share the minimum the partner needs to do the job well. A name and a phone number are usually enough to meet the passenger; an email address rarely is. Agree on the price before sending, and keep the client's future bookings with your company.
Guest link checklist
- Agree on the price with the partner before you share.
- Turn off any client detail the partner does not need.
- Wait for Accept before you tell the client the ride is covered.
- Use Stop sharing if plans change.
- Regenerate the link if it went to the wrong person.
